Canada Life Benefits – CUPE 2332 Members

On March 1, 2026, your plan moves to Canada Life!

We are pleased to announce that your group benefits plan will be transitioning to Canada Life with
the effective date of March 1st, 2026.

Canada Life will be the provider for any claims incurred on or after March 1st, 2026; therefore,
any claims incurred on or after this date should be submitted to Canada Life.

Once you have received your information, you will need to advise your dentist, pharmacist and any
other provider who submits claims electronically on your behalf of your Canada Life Policy # 181671
and ID so they can ensure claims are being submitted correctly.

How do I enroll for the plan with Canada Life
Enrollment for the plan is all done electronically. You will be receiving an email from
noreply@e.canadalife.com (this is us at Canada Life, so please do click and complete!) asking you
to review your digital enrollment form. This is where you will be able to make updates and assign
your beneficiary.

Things to know before you enrol
Canada Life™ will send you an email with a link to enrol online. Don’t share this link, it’s
personalized for you.
• The invite will let you know how long you have to enrol before the link expires.
• It only takes about 5 minutes to complete your application.

TIP: Check your email spam or junk folder if you don’t see the invite in your inbox.

After you submit your application
Canada Life will need some time to process your application. Once complete, you’ll receive a
follow-up message with another personalized link to come back for important information you need to
use your benefits. It’s important to know that this link is only available for a limited time.

When you log back in you can:

• Download your enrolment record which includes your plan number, member ID and benefits start date. You’ll need these to use your benefits.
• Register for your online account.
• Download a digital benefits card

You will be able to fully register on the Plan Member website at www.mycanadalifeatwork.com as of
March 3, 2026. Once enrolled, you will have quick and easy access to personalized information
through the Canada Life plan member’s website and mobile app.

• Sign up for Direct Deposit for claim payments
• On-line drug card and out of country card • Access to Drug look up library
