Bargaining Time
CUPE 2332 bargaining team for our upcoming Collective Agreement has been selected. If you have items of interest for the team, please email Mich Bibeau with your ideas!
Some ideas that have come forward for negotiations:
■ December 25 thru to January 2 off
■ Meal allowance provided with no receipts required
■ Union be included in disciplinary investigations
■ If you obtain higher education, you receive the next highest pay grade
■ Increase pension contribution
■ Wage increases based on other colleagues in similar fields
■ Weight-loss food programs – as there is no DIN number, this may be a question for Manulife and not the employer
Remember to sign the PPE sheet when taking PPE. This allows us to keep the cupboard stocked.
